Harvey Lions and School ‘Scare up Food’

lionsfblaffapres.jpgWow! Sending teenagers out to collect food pays big dividends for the Central Dakota Food Pantry. Students from FFA and FBLA clubs ’scavenged’ 1100+ pounds of food on Halloween night, and dropped off many bags of food for the Harvey Lion’s club members to sort and put away on the food pantry shelves. Students were treated to pizza donated by the Pizza Ranch; always a big hit for teenagers.lionsswang.jpglionsfood1.jpg

    It is nice that the students gave up their time to help put the food away and go door to door asking for the food.
