Leadership education offered at St. Aloisius Medical Center
The sisters of mary of the presentation (SMP) have always emphasized the importance of educational opportunities for their employees. St. aloisius Medical Center is a SMP Health systems organization and has accepted the task of continuing leadership training, in addition to inviting the communitiy to attend also. St. Aloisius Medical center’s Employee Assisance Program will be presenting two educational opportunities on febuary 13 in the Presentation Center at St. Aloisius medical Center.
The first program begins at 10:30am-12noon is titled Supervising Approaches to conflict Resolution. This class will address levels of conflict, styles of conflict management and address “desk rage” on the job anger management.
The second class is offered two times, 1pm-2pm and again at 2:30pm-3pm, this class is titled Managing Negativity. the session will provide ways to deal with negativity around us and identify our responsibility for change.
