211 - Connecting people to mental health services. There is always an answer. The call is free and confidential. Simply dial 211 for information on mental health or crisis issues. They can help with advocacy, aging/elderly concerns, rural family/farm and ranch stress, grief and loss, food pantries and financial assistance, domestic violence/abuse, gambling addiction, parenting, suicide intervention issues, support groups, victims of crime, youth at risk, military/family members support, substance abuse and much more.
