June Immunization Clinics

Please call the Public Health office to make an appointment at 547-3756.  All clinics held at the St. Aloisius Medical Center in Harvey.  Dates are as follows:

Wednesday June 11- 9 am until the last scheduled appointment

Thursday  June 19 -  9 am until last scheduled appointment

Tuesday  June 24 - 9 am until last scheduled appointment
